"First the name on the website is different than what outside the building. It basically on a dirty ally. When did not feel comfortable going outside after dark. The room and bathroom where dirty. After dark the neighbors where using very large firecrackers. The stairs had spider webs and walls need to be touch up pait or clean. I could on and on."

"I loved this place! And the staff is just AMAZING."

"Property is so dirty. Staff didn't coordinate with us. Rooms are filled with mosquitos, webs, dust and ac was not in working position. There is no option within hotel premises even for a cup of tea. Washroom door was in a situation that we can't even lock it. Room is every untidy, small, with no almirah facility. Location of the hotel is not good. Not safe for females."

"Overall good and clean hotel, welcoming staff. I expected more from the bellhop. He didn't explain the lights, A/, etc when he brought my bags in. Food was expensive. Breakfast was good. Would have liked an omelette station."

"Pricey for the amenities.Similar hotels are available at cheaper prices. Not so clean bath towels that too were provided when asked. Hit and miss food quality. Breakfast is less than mediocre and too costly for the item provided. Overall less than ok specially for the price."

"このホテルは空港の出発ロビーに入って空港関係者の専用ルートを通らないといけない問題があります。通行には常にホテル関係者の付き添いも必要です。翌日ターミナル3から搭乗するには便利ですが、一般の空港に隣接していて、ホテルからの出入り自由なホテルとは異なります。パスポートと航空券の携帯が必要です。カフェもルームサービスも24時間やっているので夜遅くても食事できます。"
