Carpet beetles EVERYWHERE. Beds and bedding clean. The staff let the kids play and have fun at the pool unlike otherplaces that shushed the kids So very middle of the road "

"No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate."

"Lovely suite, friendly staff and awesome whiskey bar. Will stay again for sure unless prices increase dramatically. Best hotel in Nanaimo. Also good area. Downtown Nanaimo is unsafe now. This area is quiet and safe. Longwood Brew Pub and Browns social house nearby among many other amenities and grocery store etc. Only negatives, Jacuzzi dead and no breakfast. "

"Comfortable bed but pillows were too dense for me, great having 2 comfortable chairs for reading/watching tv. Hot breakfast was good, we also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was great and reasonable."
