"Beds were stiff, no box springs, matresses on plywood foundation. Laid out 4 pillows to sleep on. Pool was to cold, said heater is on order. Walls thin, other guests noisy, typical. Why did we stay three nights? Room was clean, good breakfast, staff was excellent!"

"It needs a lot of cleaning dust and cobwebs. And shower had soap scum and around toilet see urine and smell Beds were ok. Linen clean. Night stand with light and plugs and 1USB Had a sink with small counter in room Small table with 2 chairs Hair dryer and coffee maker and a fan Bathroom had shower and toilet. Ceiling fan with heat option No plastic trash liner Had a broom Hard laminate flooring and No entrance Mat to wipe shoes so we bought one"

"This room at the entrance of Yellowstone was fantastic. Newly updated, loved the bear and moose decor. It had everything we needed, very clean, all windows in front to view any wildlife. The only negative was the bathroom sink was tiny and the faucet was in center and too big. Water splashed out when rinsing hands, washing face or brushing teeth. That being said can’t recommend this enough if your traveling to Gardiner, MT!"

"The room was clean and the property was well maintained. There was air conditioning, but we didn’t need it. The beds were comfortable. The sink and mirror were located on the outside of the bathroom which was helpful in that while one guest was showering or toileting, others could use the sink and mirror."

"The hotel was not cleanily the AM staff was rude . The hot tub didn't work and I wasn't notified it was a health hazard to stay there due to bacteria by anyone there! I had to hear it 2nd hand and then used Google to research to verify!!!"

"This place is run down and dirty. Not properly cleaned. Room was dirty with trash from previous occupants lying around. Multiple things in our room were broken and there wasn’t even a coffee/tea pot. Sheets were not clean either. Tv would not connect to the internet. Breakfast was ok but not many options. Also the railing is broke and loose on the stairs which wasn’t very safe for my kids. I will more than likely never stay here again and I don’t recommend it."

"A lot of foot noise from floor above and water/shower noise from another room. Not a place for light sleepers."

"Room needed a lot of repair. Staff was very heipful and respectful. Breakfast was poor. Not much to choose from. Had to have staff start the unit with a pen as a button was missing. Would not recommend to friends."

"Beautiful tent.. very comfortable furniture! The trailer for the restrooms and showers was spotless. The only thing people don’t respect others and speak at loud at 10:00pm! Everyone has a different schedule and we should all be mindful! We left very early and tried not to wake up anyone! The property is amazing!"

"We were visiting Yellowstone and wanted something unique. This location was a little out from the park but no waiting in traffic to enter from the north to get into Yellowstone was worth it! All the staff were so welcoming, attentive and kind. We were leaving early at 430am and they offered to have coffee ready in the lobby for us before we left. (Was amazing) The cafe was spectacular, the food was delicious. (They were able to make us Vegan food) I did have to ask but they had Beyond burgers &...
