"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a

room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info. The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. "This hotel is huge but too remote from any sightseeing spots. The nearest subway station is 15-20 minutes walk. If you just want to relax and stay at the hotel all the time, it would be nice. There are a gym and a good sized swimming pool with no charge for guests. Room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful but only communicate in Chinese. There is no restaurant nearby. "
