"The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement. "

"Service is excellent with efficiency and warmth. Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. Considering i have a young child and hotel breakfast was part of the plan. Hopefully this review will remove the glitch message and lessen guest's overall stay experience."

"Stay was wonderful all the staff members were so nice, courteous and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and loved the bowing statue up front and the views off the top flows. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Seoul "

"Very pleased on the location, options on the lounge were great. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend, however , our room was given to us one hour earlier than check in and unlike other hotels I have stayed at all my life , we were charged a fee. Never seen that before. "
