"Nice location! Our room wasn’t cleaned very well, especially the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. We used our slip ones when walking around our room, obviously carpets are very dirty especially in a city so big. We could hear honking from the cabs but it didn’t seem to bother us while we slept. Breakfast buffet had no gluten free items and was pretty pricey for more of a continental breakfast."

"Booked this hotel due to the central location. Stayed here for two nights. Checked in on a Saturday and left early Monday morning. After a long day in the city on Sunday, we got back to our room and to our surprise, it had not been cleaned. Bed wasn’t made, no new towels, trash wasn’t changed, etc. House keeping did NOT visit our room at all during our stay. This is extremely odd and unacceptable. "Every thing was nice and clean, My only complaint was the bed. it was hard and not the comfortable bed you expect for the price 200 a night! oh and the coffee tasted like wet sock!!! so yea it was ok oh and they doubled charged my card with a $250 holding fee! I hope that gets put back into my card as i bought booked the hotel with you guys."
