"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

The lobby area was nice and comfortable if you wanted to wait there, and you can drop off your bags with the front desk and go have some fun while they get your room ready for you if you get there early. "Enjoyed the contactless check-in/check-out process, made it very easy to make changes. The room I booked did not appear to be the one I received, but the check-in instructions indicated that that was a possibility. Room was extremely neat and tidy. Great location in East Village. At least 4 restaurants that I noticed on thw same block. Earplugs were provided for street noise, but I didn't need them. Overall a great stay. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. "
