The Lighthorseman
The one outstanding aspect of the breakfast had over 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in is that it was cooked to order and arrived , delivered to the table hot rather than having to self serve out of steel trays where the food had been standing under hot lamps for who knows how long and was lukewarm ...

The Limes York
Convenient, good value for money. It’s not a B&B and we never saw any discount vouchers for food locally which were promised. The staff were ok, it was a bit weird not having someone there at all times but over all the stay was pleasant.

Ashbourne House

The Milner York
We stayed here for 2 nights, it was our first visit to The Milner and we have had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful as was our room. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be returning.

Radisson Hotel York
Check in was amazing. Lady ( I think called Jen ?) was very helpful extremely warm friendly and welcoming. Check in was swift and timely. The lady was also very informative regarding hotel amenities and local area.
