"Staff were really helpful. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and as soon as i arrived they sorted me alternate milk for a cup of tea and explained breakfast options to help me. Room clean and quiet and all staff, wven those we passed in the hall ways said hello"

"Cant beat the location. Just next to York Minster and tons of restaurants. Walking distance to the Shambles and almost everything. The only issue that actually makes our stay not comfortable is that the hotel does not have Air conditioner. We were there during heat wave and this make the stay in the room really unbearable. The temperature in the room was so much higher than the outside. The staff was nice and try to give us 2 fans and a bucket of ice. Still felt very hot. The breakfast was set...

"We have to say a big thank you, as we found the Minster Hotel spot on! It is a great, well appointed, family run hotel, with lovely, attentive staff. The room was super, clean and spacious and it offered us a great sleep. It being very quiet, and the bed nice and comfy. Breakfast is excellent too, with lots of choice, perfectly cooked, hot and wonderfully tasty.. all served by a great staff team, who are literally a well oiled machine. "Outside in some parts was very mucky. Parts off dining area could have done with some flowers, look overgrown with weeds Also in some parts facia border could do with some painting "
