"This is a lovely hotel full of character and has everything you need to be stopping over on a short break in York. All the facilities worked but the piping made a bit of a noise when you flushed the toilet and had a shower, but did not really bother me. The decor is just a bit dated but again, not a massive issue. Bed was super comfy, carpet could do with a change as well as the curtains due to some stains. Breakfast was great for the price and staff were super helpful and smiley."
