Great spot with easy access to The Shambles and a host of great food and entertainment in York. Our check in was easy and the concierge (I wish a had taken her name!) gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but small. But this was fine for us as we were out most of the time. Tea and coffee in room. Ideal spot as only a few minutes walk to the Shambles and Christmas Markets, plus the Q parking was a two min walk! Enough choice for breakfast. Plenty of seating. Def would stay here again when coming to York.
