The breakfast was more than could be expected! Pots of coffee, cereals, pastries, yogurt, jams and jellies and this was before the main menu. I had traditional English breakfast which was fabulous. Easy street parking clean comfortable rooms, why stay anywhere else when visiting York?!!!

Family-run guest house with a warm welcome. Easy check-in, clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Walkable from the rail station and the centre of town - both about 15-20 minutes away along roads where I felt safe. I would happily stay there again.
