"I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but we needn't have been. The communal spaces were lovely, beautifully decorated and elegant. we had an amazing room overlooking the gardens and the city. staff were very helpful. the parking situation is a bit stressful though"

Good dinner in restaurant. Would return and recommend. Just across the bridge from Shambles for Christmas shopping, Minster, park, river walk and other sites of interest. "
