"Todo excelente atención, recámaras y espacios limpios recomiendo totalmente"

"The hotel is at great location, breakfast is fantastic, staff at the restaurant also, concierge helpful, and all other at the desk reception; Rooms are incredible clean and we loved the special care, and little staff they did for us like preparing the bed, putting mask ( cosmetic) for eyes or face, towels are so good quality; Coffee shop had nice espresso drinks and sweets. China is such a interesting country, way ahead to other parts of the world"

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten."

"Wonderful service will be back"

"Truly unique design and the location is unbeatable. Staff were awesome and so helpful. The AC worked great in October (other reviews noted they had problems, mine was fine but maybe a little noisy). Main thing I disliked was the lack of a fridge or any snacks or beverages beyond two small water bottles. Still, I’d stay here again."

"My stay was great. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many different choices of food. The only hiccup I had was the concierge. On several occasions I had a question about the city and navigating it and if they didn’t know the answer they made no effort to figure it out. I was left to figure it out myself. Other than that , everything was great and I would definitely stay there again. If you want...

"I honestly have no idea how this property has its rating. Its as such a disappointment as we had booked for 22 nights. We changed rooms because the first room smelled like someone pee'd on the carpet in the room and it dried. Toilet never worked properly we had to call front desk every second day to get someone to come in until we requested to change rooms and the same problem happened in a supposedly "newer" room. Every flush the water rises with everything to the top of the toilet pot. Add to...

"It the best hotel with the most friendly staff. I had a great time. The cleaning staff was so sweet and they have a free laundry service and delicious breakfast. And it best location. I highly recommend it"

"i booked a 3 adult room and got only a double bed, they charged me for an extra bed"

"Very good stay as always near all comodities and metro line 2. The hotel workers are very good professionals and helpful."
