Great location. Walkable to the lake and main shopping area. Room is spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast quality is good for the price charged. Overall we had a nice stay of 2 nights at Yufuin.

Really impressed by the breakfast, dinner and onsen quality. The onsen water is crystal clear and gives very light pleasant smell. Beautiful and chill foliage surrounded the outdoor resting area. It is a little bit dusty in the room but spacious and comfortable. Lovely staff too.

Clean and very big room, well designed. We love the nice and serene landscape while walking along the walkway from the room to the restaurant. We have booked with half board, the sumptuous dinner might have been well enjoyed by some but the amount were too much for us to stomach. On the last night, I received an alert on earthquake from my phone and felt a slight tremor. Unsure what to do, we went down to lobby to enquire but the only staff manning was unable to speak English and I had to communicate with the phone. Overall, it is a very nice hotel to stay in, though it was quite a distance driving from the airport. It is a short walking distance to Kinrin lake and Yufuin Floral village.

DON'T book it through Expedia. I requested a shuttle bus service but Expedia replied me they cant contact hotel and there isnt any shuttle bus. And I appreciated hotel arranged shuttle bus after I contact them directly. This hotel is good but Expedia is suck.

スタッフの方が親切で、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、安らかに過ごすことができました。 周辺は散策に適した立地で、金鱗湖やCOMICO ART MUSEUM YUFUIN、由布院エリアの店舗など見どころも多く、歩くのが苦でなければ駅から徒歩30分ほどでアクセスできます。 朝食には地元の食材がふんだんに使われていて、優しい味わいで一日の始まりにぴったりでした。夕食も品数が多く、一品一品丁寧に作られており、器や盛り付けも美しくて目でも楽しめました。 また、旅館の方がレンタカーで行ける観光名所（九重夢大橋、阿蘇火口、大観峰、草千里、いまきん食堂など）を丁寧に教えてくださり、より充実した旅になりました。 心地よい滞在を提供していただき、良い思い出になりました。

満足でした！

伯母を誘って、私の誕生祝の名目で、妹と3人で伺いました。温泉付きの広いお部屋は快適でした。食事も美味しかった！ 欲を言えば温泉の湯温の調節が難しかったかな。…でも大満足でした！！
これ以外にもベッドルームとお部屋付きの温泉がありました！
