"The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️"

"The building and rooms were really lovely, clean, and well finished. What really set this hotel apart for us was the staff and hospitality! We had two stays booked at Illampu, before and after a tour to the Uyuni salt flats. I had left a suitcase stored with the hotel during our tour. Unfortunately, due to the protests in La Paz, we weren't able to make it back for our second reservation and had to fly directly to La Paz airport and then leave the country on our flights home shortly after.
