"Excellent place. We did request to have laundry service but it was $1 per item. Total after the fact was &78!!! I think that was a bit much. The young waiter paid for a sprite we ordered but then paid it back. The staff was super sweet, kind and attentive to us at all times."

"I had requested a handicap accessible room, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. It was quite the problem as my grandmother is in a wheelchair and our room was upstairs. The staff went above and beyond, they carried her up and down the stairs. They made sure we were comfortable. Brought us food to the room and did the most for us to have the best stay. Javier especially deserves a special shout out. The service alone is a reason to stay here. Add the room and access to beach and I’m staying here again and again."
