Hotel Esplanade Zagreb
Hotel is undergoing a gradual renovation which is needed. Rooms were very dusty and cleaning is an issue. Restaurant menu was very limited and dissapointing. The bar was just OK. Very little concern for customer service. Staff are poorly trained. Considering its supposed to be the best hotel in Zagreb, ...
