Staff entered our room without knocking...
They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property."

"The place was very well located in town, especially to the ferry port. Nice local restaurant right in front of port only few steps from hotel. Liked that that had parking and breakfast. Very friendly staff, clean and neat hotel."
