Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Zama

"Staff was very friendly from the beginning. A very customer forward resort. Restaurants and food was very good and rooms were always clean. Lots of activities to do everyday and the personal concierge was really helpful. I would definitely come back again. This is perfect for couples."

"Sobre este hotel no puedo escribir mucho, fuimos reubicados en otro hotel,"

"Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable for our stay."

"Skip this place. It’s gross and they make zero accommodations outside of the rental agreement. We booked for a week. Arrived and realized how awful the property was a booked elsewhere. Understood that it was no refundable, but as a business owner to avoid a review like that you would think they would have met us half way and refunded as least a portion of the 6 nights. "The staff were all so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay!"

Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. "Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"Muito bom, recomendo a todos"

"Very big room and central location."

"What a beautiful hotel! Nice little pool to have a dip in after a warm day out and about. One side has bubbles and the hotel makes sure to keep the pool clean. Very friendly and helpful reception. They helped with arranging taxi and when one taxi didn’t show up in time they checked and eventually it came after all. They gave good tips on how to get the collectivo bus to the beach. Unfortunately Tulum struggles a bit with seaweed but the city is very nice to stay at. There is plenty to do like...

"Very nice and helpful workers. It’s located right in the heart of the Tulum, Everything is within a walking distance."
