"Property grounds were nice. Rooms are a bit dated. The TV and telephone in our room did not work. Manager at reception was very accommodating and made our stay much better. The massages were excellent. Highly recommend them.! Wifi is awful! Love the balconies! The other downside is the beach, the beach is beautiful but you have to pay 25$ for 2 chairs and umbrella every day if you want to be on the beach. Otherwise they do have beach chairs on man made beach near infinity pool. Just depends on your preference! Food is ok. Nothing to rave about but something for everyone!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife and our two young children. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm, family friendly atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. The staff were amazing, very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention to the owner and manager (Kambei), who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their level of care and personal attention was something you rarely experience. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family. Everything about our experience was exceptional,the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the genuine love they showed to our family. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. I only hope that everyone who stays here gets to experience the same level of care and comfort that we did. “Babalao,” - perfectly reflects the spirit of this place ‘‘caring and guiding’’"
