"Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer was gezien dat heel erg warm was. Er was een ventilator op de kamer die hopeloos was. Er was genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Personnel was vriendelijk."

"What a superb gem of a hotel. Location is ideal for travelling with plenty of car parking. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide selection of continental and superbly cooked and varied hot options. Ate dinner in the restaurant and the meal was lovely. Originally booked one night travelling south and then decided to stay again a few nights later when travelling back. Will definitely be back."

"Clean room, but the shower needs some mould magic to remove all the black mould from the shower. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't get any housekeeping during our stay, which was a bit disappointing as we would've liked fresh towels. Good location and there is parking, although it did look quite busy. Didn't try the breakfast, as it ended at 10.00am, which we thought was a bit early for a weekend morning. "

"This was my second stay here whilst visiting my son at Exeter University. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging. Plus it comes with free convenient parking. Check-in is faceless with easy to follow instructions. "A nice twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel and kitchen extraction which meant we had to close the windows when breakfast started. It's a noisy, creaky hotel so no lie in. Room was clean but other areas of hotel felt not so. There was a random mop and bucket of dirty water on the stairs the whole time we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking easy (on a sunday) with £7 permit from hotel. Breakfast was lovely, a decent choice and English breakfast items were great. Great...
