"A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!! Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus. Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay...

"The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent; close to the metro and trams. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving us directions and advice. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious. The neighborhood offers shopping and great dining. The Schonbrunn palace is just one stop away on the metro and well worth the visit, along with Beethoven's home and the oldest Viennese restaurant. "Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"The hotel was well located, very near a tram station, and only a short ride to the city centre. The hotel was very modern in design and layout with a very generous and spacious lobby/breakfast/chilling area. We used the car park which, although pricey, was under the hotel with plenty of spaces and made life a lot easier. The room was amazing.
