"Like everything in Venice, things haven't changed in decades, so don't be surprised if the room looks like your grandmas 1950's parlor. But having said that, the location right within sight of the public transit dock is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast buffet was amazing and I'd stay here again because of that alone. Eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, and croissants so fresh they just came out of the oven some mornings. Easy walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Even the church bell...

"Excellent breakfast. Very clean with every necessary amenity and convenience. Our stay exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! "The hotel was very comfortable. I rented the smallest room, but still had a lovely view over the garden and the canal. The bathroom was spotless with tile walls and floor. Since the hotel has multiple comfortable sitting areas inside and outside in 2 gardens I didn’t miss a larger room. The location was perfect. "We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family.
