"This facility was clean and attractive, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner wasn’t loud, and the staff were friendly. Although located next to the elevator and ice machine, the room was well insulated against external noise. The hot water was very hot. The bathtub was very very slippery and there were no grab bars. We put a towel down in the tub, to stand on when showering and thereby avoid dangerous falls. It was disappointing that there was no complimentary breakfast nor in-room microwave. A you-pay coffee bar was located in the lobby that sold beverages, pastries and yogurt. The chain for opening the black-out shade was broken and there were only 3 cups for the in-room coffee machine, for 2 people staying 3 days. A request for more cups, at the front desk, was not honored."
