Delighted to be given a free upgrade from the Annex to the main hotel, and to a room with a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, an unexpected treat. The room was very clean and well-furnished, with water, tea bags, coffee sachets, towels and soap/shower gel. The person at reception was really helpful and pleasant, and made us feel very welcome.
