We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park.

Excellent séjour, tout était impeccable. Roberts a été un guide très efficace et attentionné, tout comme ses collègues. Nous recommandons vivement et sans réserves cet hébergement. Le petit déj' est extra. Les plats servis lors des diners également. Un grand bravo à tous.

Had a wonderful stay at Nvue Resorts! We booked the family room which was very spacious, clean and had a stunning view of the mountainside. The staff were so welcoming and lovely to us throughout our trip :) would highly recommend Nvue to anyone visiting ZJJ!

Such amazing helpful staff. She helped us plan our entire day to the avatar mountains, and helped translate an allergy my wife had to the chef to accommodate. Rooms were really nice and private, with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. But the best thing about staying here was the helpful staff!!

Our stay was extremely cozy and comfortable, especially after a long day of exploring. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, from the simple airport pick up and helping us map out our day to explore. Loved our time there and would recommend.

incrível estadia, propriedade muito bem estruturada, quartos confortáveis e grandes, ótimo banheiro, café da manhã muito bom, equipe extremamente prestativa, auxiliando inclusive com dicas sobre os passeios no parque e atrações próximos, sem contar na facilidade que nos apoiaram com transporte entre a estação de trem e também entre as atrações. O hotel possuí um serviço de cozinha muito bom e um ambiente extremamente agradável, os responsáveis todos falam bem o inglês e isso ajuda muito.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would love to come back!

Amazing stay in Zhangjiajie! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect — just 5 minutes away from the Avatar Mountain gate, which made traveling very convenient. The hotel view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We enjoyed our stay at the nvue resort. It was tastefully appointed and located in a nice mountainous area. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable with a walk out patio. It was nice to breathe fresh mountain air.

Thanks Robert for helping make our stay in Zhangjiajie AMAZING! The hotel is a short 2-3 minute drive to one of the entrances of the National Park. All of the staff is great and very helpful. Robert took the time to sit with us and walk us through the map of the park, which helped us out tremendously. We had dinner at their restaurant twice and it didn't disappoint. I felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. The whole hotel has a very homey feel to it. I definitely recommend staying here!

What a fantastic experience. Starting with the beautiful customer service from the Staff. Nancy help us with some reservations. The location if perfect, close to the entrance to the Avatar Mountain, we walked from the entrance to the hotel and we enjoy that pretty much. If we are going back, for sure we will stay at this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful. The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive. Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. The breakfast was plentiful with a great deal of variety. It was a wonderful experience staying in Zhangjiajie, visiting the attractions and staying at this hotel.

El hotel es rústico y bonito, la vista hacia la montaña es increíble. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es la limpieza, pasan un trapo sucio por encima de todo y claramente se ve que no está bien limpio. Las colchas olían a humedad y las mesas del desayuno siempre olían mal. Es una lástima porque el personal es increíblemente amable y te ayudan a planear tus actividades y hacen todas tus reservas. Robert y compañía son de lo más amigables y serviciales

We stayed four nights over there and really enjoyed it. The hotel arranged the pick up at the airport and came up with daily sightseeing plans which all worked out very well. The staff (e.g. Robert, Nancy, Michael/Min) were all very helpful and supportive. They answered all our questions and marked the sequence of scenic sites/stops on the map for us. They also helped book all the park and show tickets for us which saved us a lot of time. Overall, it’s a great experience for us. We really appreciated it. Ed and family

We truly enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxed, yet incredibly close to the park’s Middle Gate. Right behind the property, there are lovely walking and hiking paths that lead to scenic rice fields, local coffee shops, and restaurants. At the same time, it is highly convenient for visiting downtown and other top attractions like 72 Qilou and Huanglong Cave. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, serving traditional local Tujia food that you absolutely must try at least once during your stay. What sets this resort apart is the flawless customer service. The staff speaks excellent English, and we were able to seamlessly communicate with them via WeChat both before and during our stay to answer any questions. Since we were only visiting for the weekend, we hired Robert as our park guide for a day. He did an amazing job tailoring the itinerary to our preferences and ensuring we got the full Zhangjiajie experience in a short timeframe. For the rest of the weekend, he went above and beyond acting as our informal concierge—suggesting great local spots to eat and visit, arranging tickets, and offering advice that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
