"Staffing was great everywhere (lobby, restaurant, fitness center, room cleaning). I stayed for 7 nights. Even when a front desk lady called Chang Gung Golf Club for me, to make it easy for me to golf. The whole atmosphere was great."

"Sweetest and most helpful people ever. Im usually stay at Marriotts but decided to try this place out. The rooms are definitely not a marriott, but the hospitality and kindness of the workers made up for it. Grateful to have stayed at a great property with such kind workers."

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."
