The manager Victor and our breakfast manager Johnny along with the entire staff helped make this a special and memorable stay. The property is outstanding! The sound of waves crashing is loud at night and there are stairs to climb but worth it for the views! The pool area is perfect. The BEST margaritas and the Tuna Tostados is fantastic! Even the washrooms by the restaurant are super nice. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Relaxation Guaranteed

The Espuma staff were very attentive. The property is on the hillside with lots of stairs. The view from all areas is spectacular.

Paradise in Zuhua!

What an amazing week long stay. Victor and his staff were excellent from the get go from that first margarita, to arranging a tour of the area, to upgrading our room after they had a cancellation. Very thoughtful and professional from start to sadly we had to leave. High recommended!

Incredible views from all over the hotel. The staff was incredible. They treated us so well. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. One of the best stays of my life. Would have loved to spend a month there.

My stay here was simply amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, very attentive and always went the extra mile! The room was small but lovely and the terrace view was beautiful. The pool was more of a plunge pool but was perfect since the property only has 4 rooms. The place was super quiet & private with spectacular views from the restaurant on-site!

Our stay at Espuma was spectacular. The luxury suite was top notch and a good value for a more upscale experience. Luis was always there to make suggestions for how we spent our time for the local experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They personally took care of our transportation into Zihuatanejo and the airport rides as we needed them. We were there for a full week and would recommend their hotel to anyone. I will be referring friends. Thanks again!

Encuentro la propiedad en excelentes condiciones. Las vistas a la bahía de Zihuatanejo son extraordinarias, tanto desde la habitación como desde el restaurante. Me hubiera gustado que la temperatura del agua de la pequeña alberca fuera más elevada. La caja de seguridad podría mejorar; aunque no me causó mayor inconveniente.

The view is killer, the service not so much. 1. No phone in the room, unheard of. 2. TV is tiny and not working, it took them three days to replace it with one that we had to configure ourselves (it was a ROKU TV), only streaming services most of them worked but some didn't since we were in MX. Just as small and since the room was so huge, so kind us useless. 3. We asked four times for additional pillows, and it took three days until we finally got them. The restaurant upstairs is excellent, and so is its sister Hotel Tentaciones. The owner, Carlos calls himself the Architect was very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the lack of responsiveness from the staff. Also, since it's surrounded by greenery, there are giant ants, salamanders, and many flying, biting insects. I counted 23 on myself. So five stars, I don't think so. Nevertheless, I would go back there equipped with Bug Spray and make sure that all is in working condition in advance.
