"This is a really cute property. There was no live staff besides housekeeping in the morning. But you had a phone number to call ands text with and they were helpful through there. Bed was extremely comfortable! Carpet had a couple of stains. And the downfall was there isn’t an ice machine. Location was perfect! Walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a terrific experience at Red Cliffs! From letting us check in early to the beautiful pool with cabanas and amazing views to the clean, quiet and comfortable room. It was full but never felt crowded. We could not have been happier with our stay!"

"The cabins were so cute! The kids loved the bunk beds. But they were a bit hard. We loved being so close to Zion and the river. The laundry services were nice to have."

"The location was great. We paid for the upgraded room which was well worth it. Very nice Mountain View’s. My only complaint was that we arrived a few hours early. Our room was ready but they were charging an extra $40 to check in early which I had never experienced before."

"Lovely hosts and property. It was the perfect place to rest and relax after big days of adventuring in the National Park. The owners are knowledgeable about the area and gave great tips on where to go for groceries, e-bike rentals, restaurants, and other nearby hikes/scenery. The breakfasts were delicious and a great start to the day. I highly recommend this B&B and would love to book again."

"Breakfast is served earlier than all the other hotels. Therefore, we were able to enjoy our breakfast and drive to the park in time to get a parking spot. Hot tub was great after a long hike."

"Charging for coffee pods in the room and Kirkland water bottles at 2.50 each was a disappointment. Also, no chairs outside space on our unit. Pictures show the upgraded buildings, not the building we stayed in. Was deceiving."

"Mr Rock and Roll, at reception, was so nice, helpful and fun - had a great conversation about Bob Dylan! Made our stay very nice and cheerful. Breakfast was good, as usual, but incorrectly said on our reservation that it ended at 10:00 am when it was actually 9:00 - almost missed it, but the woman working there was very nice and welcoming too. Beautiful Hampton Inn, btw, and we’ve stayed at them all over the USA. We will be returning."

"This place is an excellent stay. It’s right in the middle of Springdale just minutes from the national park and you are close to all shops near the area. Everything is walkable so no need for driving. 10/10"
