"Make sure you have completed all check-in emails, etc. before arriving. You'll want the step-by-step check-in instructions (lock box location, code) and step-by-step directions to the property. We arrived before I had done all that (my fault!). The problem was, once I got ahold of someone, they couldn't send a viable link to either my email or via text. "Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
