"The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website."

"The pictures of course are pristine and make everything seem 3x the size it really is. The rooms are a tight fit when the sofa beds out ( highly uncomfortable btw even for my 4 yo). The pool is 25 ppl max ( that would be a VERY uncomfortable pool). Lots of stains on furniture even in the lobby. Our room had crumbs on the bedside table, sticky/dirt on linoleum, sauce on the wall. I had higher expectations with other reviews read and then of course their own pictures but it was 'ehh'. Not sure if...

"Good hotel where I have stayed during previous visits to Columbus. Great staff, check in was quick and easy. They get busy on weekends and your chance of having to deal with noise is increased. First night I had loud neighbors drinking and partying in their room very late. Second night they were gone and it was nice and quiet. Good location on the north side, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping."

"This is a very nice hotel. I was a little worried because I prefer the chain hotels, but this was very nice. The pictures don't do it justice. I would stay here again. I didn't have much contact with staff other than checking in, but they were perfectly nice."
