"Under renovation, impossible to be identified from outside, due to all lights switched off and to construction scaffolding with protective sheets. Also the way to the back parking was not indicated and illuminated. The path from the rear entrance looked almost uninhabited. Very scary. The room was very spacious but in vintage conditions, as well as the bed (even if comfortable). The bathroom was even older and really sad... The flush toilet not working... "Everything was nice and simple"

"Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests."

"The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several...

"Das Zimmer ist genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Bett mega bequem. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist sehr ruhig und befindet sich in einer äußerst schönen Gegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei. Unser Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage abstellen. "Fantastic room! Only issue is no elevator. So lugging bags was a pain. Beds a bit firm but not terrible. If you’re walking to location it is up a steep hill from public transportation. Overall great experience"

"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. "Very convenient if you're using long distance buses as near the city's bus station. Very friendly staff as well as nice and relatively new facilities."

"Good property. Parking is not really available. But that’s due to the city as a whole not the hotel itself. Zagreb is NOT parkable and I don’t recommend relaying on the parking. We had to use a parking garage a few block away and the parking and driving in the city is very stressful just a heads up. The hotel made it less stressful, super convenient location good stay, would recommend"

"We stayed one night and have mixed reviews about this hotel. We found both reception staff not friendly or welcoming it would have been welcomed to Zegreb. Our room would not go below 25 degrees C it was hot and stuffy. A maintenence man had a look for us but couldn't do anything. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great and I was so pleased they had Gluten free options thank you for that. The carpark was just behind the hotel 25 euros per night which is reasonable."
