We could have saved over half by booking a hotel with no indoor pool and kids were disappointed on their spring break trip so this was a big letdown for us. There were ants on the upholstered chair. I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent. "The afternoon desk staff was not friendly at all. However, the morning staff who also fixed the breakfast, was very pleasant. Property is rundown. Furniture in our room was broken and paint chipped off walls. The carpeting needed cleaning. "

"The place is fine, but if you plan to go to the pool, I didn't think it was suitable. It had too much chlorine; even sitting outside the water, it was difficult to bear the burning in your eyes. The children couldn't stand being in the water because of the chlorine and the cold water."
