"Noisy neighbors above us, loud talking and kids running across the floor until they finally fell asleep, or perhaps someone complained."

"There was not hot water! I couldn't shower and when we told the receptionist she was rude and said someone was coming but didn't know what time."

"The outside needs to be kept more clean. Outside by the pool, the fire pits are seldom lit because there’s no gas & no one keeps the propane full. The staff & valet are fantastic!!!!"

However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance."

"The hotel it self has a odor that was not appealing, the staff at check in was very pleasant but when I checked out the lady at the desk was not so nice, had a smart smart tone in her voice. The room also had an odor but overall the stay was okay it could have been better. "
