"Very good value. The room has all items but cramped. Could not get hot water and got feedback from management to "use the left tap". Maybe turn on hot water and go for brunch? It took that long and the pressure was inadequate. No natural light my window looks into common space so I had to turn off common light. Luckily people were not using common areas. Kitchen looks nice. Dont get unit on 1st floor as the front door slammed very loud and has buzzer to exit. "

"Good location…Staff at front desk useless. Room inadequate for a deluxe room. Only 1 chair to sitting. A/C impossible to control and room was freezing. Had to request several times for thermostat to be fixed and adjusted to a proper temperature.
Very disappointed especially since there are several boutique hotels nearby with better service, better amenities and less expensive."
