We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. "Property is beautiful, just a small tad dated but lovely nonetheless. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal, the restaurants onsite are fantastic. All of the food was great! The amenities were amazing! Hands down a magnificent resort on the west side of Panama. One slight warning, the traffic to the hotel is ridiculous, most times of day. If you are planning on staying out, you are fine, but if planning to go back and forth to Panama City, be forewarned. Could take three times the time due to the traffic to cross the bridge. "
