The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. "Great hotel at the price, very convenient if you're taking the ferry to Cebu. The restaurant breakfast is basic but hey it's free. The only drawbacks to the property are the high priced restaurants on the property but that's not the hotels problem."
