"Very satisfied with the breakfast, both the food and the service. it’s a buffet, but the staff served me because I’m disabled. The shower in the room was excellent with the large showerhead and ample hot water. The Chop Suey from room service was full of fresh vegetables, just what I was looking for. Overall, I rated the experience as good because it wasn’t easy to reach Customer Service and there was no conspicuous information in the room explaining housekeeping and room service. "

"For the price they want the room is by far below standards for the area. It smelled horrible, they had c9nstruction going on during the day and jackhammers going on the floor above my room. The shower did not work neither did the hot water so i had to use a bucket scoop with cold water. Even the cable tv didnt work...all in all this should jave been maybe a 1500 peso room not 2500. Also there is some var or food place that people hang out at behind the hotel and i could hear loud music and...
