"Like new condition friendly staff cold A/C and super hot water to shower a rare occurrence these days"

"Breakfast was incredible"

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"スタッフの皆さんがとても親切。エレベーターや部屋のドア建て付けなど設備の老朽化が多少見られたが、ジム、プール、屋上のバー含む必要設備は完備されている。ショッピングモール、繁華街、観光地、空港などへのアクセスもよく、立地も問題ない。コンビニやファストフード店があるため、ビジネスでも旅行でも活用できる印象。日本人よりも欧米人の利用が多い。ビジネスでセブを訪れる際にはまた利用したい"

"Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌"

"Very convenient location near Ayala mall"

"Complaint number one front desk forgot to put three days on our card and the power went out on the first day. She only charge our card with one day 12 midnight power went out we had no air con no lights no nothing we were waking up with extreme heat called front desk and told them we were not happy. They just give you...

"It was a nice place, conveniently located close to restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a small coffee table and chairs in each room, especially for guests staying in groups. It would make the room more comfortable and functional for everyone."

"Hotel was close to shopping mall which was convenient."
