Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. "The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...

"The hotel was very clean, and staff were very accomodating. The room came with 2 umbrellas, which was fantastic since it was raining when I visited. The breakfast was good, but there were not a lot of selections to choose from. However, the cappuccino machino made up for the lack of breakfast selections."

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though."

"ホテルは２度目の宿泊です。以前はクエストホテル、今回はレジデンスに宿泊しました。どちらも最高ですが、レジデンスはお部屋が広く尚良かったです。ベッドも快適ですし、飲料水も１ガロン用意されていました。徒歩3分でアヤラモール があり、レストランも豊富です。アヤラモール 内にスーパーマーケットが2店舗あります。コンビニは近くのマクドナルドの横にセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル周辺はいつも渋滞していますが、グラブやタクシーは直ぐに来ます。レジデンスに宿泊する人のチェックインとチェックアウトはホテルロビーのレセプションカウンターを左奥に入った所で行います。朝食ビュッフェは一度利用しました。大人PHP700子供PHP350だったと思います。朝食はアヤラモール 周辺で安くも色々食べられるので、色々試すのも良いと思います。私達はレイトチェックアウトしましたが、15時までPHP1500、18時までPHP2500でした。"
