"When we checked in there was only one staff member runinning everything. We asked for a manger but there was not one available. We were visiting for a funeral and booked this hotel so our kids could use the indoor pool. We were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed until June when we arrived.There were ants in our bathroom. The hall way is very noisy. We slept with a white noise machine and could still hear everytime a door in the hallway was opened. We have yet to have a good experience at a Wyndam hotel and will be avoiding those after this trip."

The sound of tenants talking in neighboring rooms was so loud it sounded like they were right beside us (they weren’t yelling - rather I think the structure was not conducive to soundproofing. "
