"Roof terrace is useless and staff not very helpful."

"Very poor welcome at reception. The man didn't even smile or greet me, just asked 'do I have a reservation'. Room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't cool the room down sufficiently, couldn't sleep properly. I drank the complimentary coffee, didn't get replenished so had no hot drink in my room for the remainder of my stay."

"When we checked in we made sure to book a shuttle for our early flight with the nice young man who checked us in (the main reason we chose this hotel). Also we were told we could buy a coffee at that time. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:45am, the young man on the desk said we were not booked on the shuttle and we could not have coffee. We were panicking we would miss our flight. I politely told him we 100% booked a shuttle and said it was very important we got on it. He wasn’t happy and made no attempt to communicate with us about solving the problem. The girl driving the shuttle bus said for us to load on it. Miscommunication between evening and morning staff and morning man made no attempt to be helpful or kind or problem solve with us. He acted like we were the problem and just didn’t book it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the artist hotel. The interior is beautiful, very fresh and clean. The location right next to the Guggenheim Museum could not be any better. The view from the rooftop breakfast bar is really stunning. The bedrooms are very comfortable with lovely large beds. Bathrooms are modern and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a great location to most attractions and had a fabulous breakfast buffet! Service was wonderful from check in personnel who were helpful especially with parking to the breakfast attendants. We found the most amazing plaza 4 blocks away with huge crowds of people enjoying tapas and drinks. This hotel has a beautiful patio for drinks or relaxing. "
