We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use.

THE FLAG Zürich
We were there for 2 night and it was very nice! First thing we noticed that the room amelled so good and very clean. The staff were so friendly always had a smile on their faces. Would definitely recommend !

I wish the had better toiletries for the shower. The shower also tended to exceed the limits and spread water on the floor. We had to be careful in that respect, and wasted a lot of towels to keep it contained. Otherwise the room was comfy. We had a balcony which was sweet. Staff was very friendly ...
