"My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep."

No air con and they do not tell you that there is a nightclub around the corner that thumps music until 2am with people congregating outside the property until 5am so cannot open windows as was so loud even with ear plugs still could not sleep. Room was 31 degrees. Ended up sleeping on bathroom floor. No one has had any sleep. Worst thing was we are travelling with kids and they must know this and did not warn us so we...

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
