"The hotel was in a great location and very modern and clean. However, the third bed in the room was very uncomfortable - it appeared to be a rollaway style with a thin mattress (unlike all the other triple rooms we had booked in Switzerland). Also, there was no mention in any of the descriptions or pics that the water closet and shower were separate areas surrounded in glass blocks. The shower also opened right into the room. For three people travelling together there was absolutely no privacy for anything!"
