"Hotel desk was on second floor, 1st was like a basement, multiful Humidifiers were in hallways, probably trying to stop a mold problem. The toilet in my room would not flush, the handle when tried didn't move, was afraid I would break the handle off, so I had to tank the tank cover off to lift flusher manually. "Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room."

"Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water."

On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. "The Inn was so comfortable and clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice sized room for us to spread out a bit. It was also very quiet( we were there on week days though). The library and back porch were so comfy and inviting, we enjoyed both. Breakfast had a great selection and we had dinner one night in the restaurant which was delicious. We have no complaints -We will be back!"

"I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there.
