"Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean. My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. "Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. Parking lot is seperate from the building. An elevator down to "T" and a walk past the pool to another outside building to another elevator- not convenient. "The location itself is not in a good area. There aren’t any food places close by and you have to travel fairly far to find a decent spot. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeper was amazing. It was quiet for the most part; however, our car was vandalized. Someone poured oil all over our car. After two car washes and multiple wipe downs, oil is still coming out of places on our car. The property manager did not offer to compensate us for the damages. We paid $30 for a car wash and...

"Convenient airport shuttle. Room was clean but the thermostat didn’t keep the room cool. However it met our needs for the evening. The staff was very professional under stressful circumstances (30 cranky people in the lobby based on flight cancellations)."
