"Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. "

"The staff was nice under the circumstances of this property.Once I checked in property.Room no remote,no garbage can.Then after getting to sit down the roaches greeted us looking like what we doing in there. The hall had lingering smell of dog piss and cat urine.I was on second floor.The drink machine wasn’t working.I will never darken that property again"

"Never received an email on check in process as there is no front desk. Had to call to figure it out. Parking is tight on weekday mornings when the dentist office downstairs opens. Claims of a queen size bed, felt more like a full size. Wall a/c units in bedroom and living room. Unit in our bedroom just blew hot air. Traffic is busy on the street out front, you will hear it all night unless you are in a unit further back from the street. That said, it isn't awful for a night or two. Lots of...

"Booked two rooms for daughter and friends prom to dress and an overnight stay close to the venue. Valet parking is pricey at $50 per night per car. Common area furnishings look a little tired. Photos in hotel interior are prohibited even if you are a guest staying at the hotel. Staff do enforce this and are not friendly when they do. Smell of marijuana present in lobby was pretty strong. This place has unique interior features and could be amazing with some work."

"Good location, free parking, and a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the building is old and not well maintained. The room is large, but the carpet and bathroom were quite dirty—there was another guest’s hair everywhere and even old candy on the floor next to the bed."

"Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!"
