"Charged me $20 extra because I booked on Expedia. Then I had to pay $12 to park my car. Total was $210! Sort of bait and switch imo, these expenses were unexpected. Room was tiny but OK, building was undergoing renovation, so quite a mess. Exercise room was good. Breakfast was carby garbage."

"Family came in for a concert. First time staying in this part of town. Very clean and pretty area. Lake behind hotel is beautiful. We got a ground floor room with a patio. Patio pit was just a few feet away from our room. If staying, we would definitely stay again. Quiet area. Free breakfast was one of the best we have been too. Lots of options, and kitchen ladies really made sure that there was always fresh food and stocked. LOVE the extended hours for breakfast. Could eat till 10 am."

"The property was be reconstructed, the pool was unavailable and our tv was in need of repair or replacement. The breakfast manager was personable but the staff seemed limited."

"4 stars because the first room smelled very smoky. I was given a different room that was great. The shower head and water pressure were amazing. The water felt like a massage. The breakfast food was ok, I’m not a fan of fake eggs but the biscuits and gravy were good. I didn’t try the waffles but they smelled delicious. The coffee was the best hotel coffee ever. Each cup made fresh, hot and you could make it mild medium or strong. The strong was actually good!"
