"One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it advertised it had a pool. When I was checking in I asked where the pool was. I was told but I didn't find out it was closed until I walked over to look and saw the notice on the door.😐 ."

"Very helpful staff at all hours! Nice hot breakfast. Great variety of things to eat. Parking was easy, you just had to leave an overnight ticket in the car to make sure it was accounted for that it could be on the premises. Very glad the airport shuttle was available. And I loved the available water and coffee station at the front of the hotel, so convenient! I’d be happy to come back to this hotel!"

"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."

"Helpful staff, clean modern facility. Need key card to access elevators so felt safer. We received a refund for the $10 charge for parking. Just a little inconvenient to have to validate parking stubs each time you left and returned and the other amenities made up for a little inconvenience."

"We booked a hotel room for two nights with my friends and paid a $50 deposit. The next morning we went out, and when we came back in the evening, we were shocked. There were a lot of dirty towels in the room, and they were not ours. There was a very strong unpleasant smell, including the smell of semen. Everything was dirty and clearly not cleaned.
